Unloading of boxes
For unloading floor loaded containers TEUN has developed 2 systems, PIQR 1 and PIQR1 H.
PIQR 1 has a robot that both picks the boxes from the container and palletizes them.
The stacked pallet can be even automatically wrapped in stretch foil and/or stick a label on the pallet.
Moreover goods can be counted and weighed and the data can automatically be introduced in a WMS system.
PIQR1 can move up to 125 kilograms each movement and is for this reason particularly interesting for the processing of heavy products or products with a large volume.
